As long-time athletes with Wyoming roots, we believe that no matter your location or where you are in your cycling journey, you should have access to high performance services.

CEO, Co-Founder

Aaron Ross

Aaron has 20+ years in the cycling industry with 13+ years as a master bike fitter. For 5 years he was the director of technology and general manager of the FASTER wind tunnel in Scottsdale. Aaron has extensive technical experience in aerodynamics and biomechanics and has worked with many Olympians, world champions, Tour de France riders, and people of all cycling abilities. Currently, Aaron lives in Laramie, WY with his wife (Melissa), two young daughters (Saoirse-6, Aoife -4), and three border collies.

Aaron has cycled all over Europe, was a Cat 2 Road and Cyclocross Racer and Pro Level Mountain Biker. Aaron has also overcome paralysis from a broken neck (mountain bike accident) and made a full recovery. He now enjoys riding a fixie, teaching his girls to ride and ski, and adventuring on his KTM dirt bike.

Melissa Ross

Melissa likes to wear a lot of hats! She is a web developer and marketing professional (Gnarketing), cycling coach (Killercoach), artist, former professional cyclist (road, cyclocross, and xc), serial entrepreneur, and has over 13 years in the cycling and marketing industries. Melissa’s expertise includes marketing strategies for national and global markets, website development and working with startups, sponsored teams, endurance athletes, and product development with Asian and European manufacturers. Melissa lives in Laramie, WY with her husband (Aaron), two young daughters (Saoirse-6, Aoife -4), and three border collies. (Melissa and Aaron met in college on the University of Wyoming Cycling Team many years ago).

Melissa has raced all over Europe, South Africa, the US, and recently finished bikepacking 300 miles of the Arizona Trail. Melissa has made a full recovery from two mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBIs) in the past two years and is passionate about connecting with other concussion warriors. She hosts a podcast called, "Get Your Head Back in the Game." As a proud mom of two young girls, she enjoys taking her kids on adventures and teaching them how to ride and paint.

Buddy & Woodrow

If you can't guess, we love dogs!! Our border collie family will probably greet you with welcome barks when you visit our shop. Buddy is 10 yrs old and has years working in the cycling industry including a wind tunnel! Woodrow is the nephew of Buddy and is 3 yrs old. Woodrow has a passion for speed. Both dogs love mountain biking on the trails around Laramie!

Wyoming Pathways helps to develop, advocate, and secure favorable policies, facilities, and investments in public trails, pathways and complete streets in Wyoming. They also support non-motorized recreation and transportation advances through public outreach, legislative efforts, partnerships, education, encouragement, and trail support programs.

Laramie BikeNet

As a hub for cyclists, Laramie BikeNet:

  • shares information about local resources & events,
  • educates about all types and aspects of cycling, 
  • supports programs and efforts that encourage participation in cycling,
  • advocates for policies and infrastructure that are bike-friendly, and
  • partners with organizations and individuals who further our vision.
