Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on various bike types, with a focus on mountain and gravel bikes.
Provide exceptional customer service to our riding community — because happy riders come back.
Stay up-to-date with the latest biking trends, drivetrain tech, and suspension systems.
Assist with inventory management and parts ordering to keep the shop stocked and rolling.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience as a bicycle mechanic.
Strong knowledge of road, mountain, and gravel bike mechanics and geometry.
Comfortable working with SRAM AXS, Shimano E-tube / Di2, and all manner of e-bikes.
Proficient with all hydraulic brake manufacturers — bleed it, tune it, trust it.
Fork and rear suspension maintenance and full overhauls — no air you can't set, no damper you can't dial.
Sharp problem-solving skills, eagle-eyed attention to detail, and the ability to juggle a busy workshop floor.
