Link Cycling is hiring a Bicycle Mechanic

Laramie's mountain and gravel scene is growing fast, and our service department is growing with it. We're looking for a skilled bicycle mechanic to keep our riders rolling.

We're an authorized Santa Cruz, Cervélo, dealer and also carry Orbea, Scott, Ibis, UNNO, Factor, and Norco, so you'll be working on great bikes. This is a bicycle position, not motorcycle or ATV.

THE ROLE

- Repair and maintain a wide range of bikes, especially mountain, gravel, and e-bikes

- Hydraulic brake bleeds and service

- SRAM AXS, Shimano Di2, and e-bike systems

- Give riders great service. Happy riders come back.

- Keep up with new drivetrain, brake, and suspension tech

- Help with inventory and parts ordering to keep the shop stocked

WHAT YOU BRING

- Hands-on experience as a bicycle mechanic

- A willingness to learn. Bike tech changes constantly, and nobody knows every system on day one. If you're curious, careful, and eager to grow, we'll help you build the skills you don't have yet.

- Solid working knowledge of road, mountain, and gravel bikes

BONUS IF YOU HAVE IT (OR WANT TO LEARN)

- Fork and rear shock service, up to full overhauls

You don't need to check every box. Strong fundamentals and a good attitude matter more to us than a perfect résumé.

WHY LARAMIE

Laramie sits between the Snowy Range and the Laramie Range, with Pilot Hill Trails from twon to Happy Jack and Curt Gowdy close by and miles of gravel right out of town. It's a tight-knit outdoor community with a growing trail scene. You'll do work that matters to local riders and help build something here.

DETAILS

- Position: Full-time, with a path to a salaried position for the right person

- Pay: $25-$30/HR for the right candidate
