Each bike fit starts with an assessment of the athlete.
Before we begin moving things around on your bike or taking any videos, we will have a discussion about your current bike setup, injury history, what kind of riding, past/current/future training schedule, and upcoming races/rides. We will continue the discussion during the bike fit, as changes that are made to your bike setup can have an impact, and the body and mind may require some time for adaptation.

Before we make any adjustments, we’ll talk through your current bike setup, injury history, training schedule, and upcoming events. As we refine your position, we’ll continue the conversation—because finding your best fit is both a science and a collaboration.
3D Bike Fitting Services
The 3D Bike Fit: $400
Our most comprehensive fitting option for cyclists and triathletes seeking peak performance.
Includes:
- Detailed consultation and riding history discussion
- Cycling-specific flexibility and strength assessment
- Full 3D biomechanical analysis on the bike
- Comprehensive post-fit report
- Follow-up within 2–3 weeks
- Second follow-up (remote or in-person)
Time:
Initial fit: ~1.5 hours
Each follow-up: ~30 minutes (virtual option available)
The Basic 3D Bike Fit: $200
A focused fit for riders who want the benefits of 3D analysis without the extended follow-up program.
Includes:
- Client consultation and riding background
- On-bike 3D analysis
- One follow-up session (2–3 weeks later)
Time:
Initial fit: ~1 hour
Follow-up: ~30 minutes
Virtual Bike Fitting Services
Get a professional, data-driven bike fit from anywhere. Our Virtual 3D Bike Fit offers the same level of attention, detail, and expertise as our in-person sessions—customized to your setup and goals from the comfort of your own space.
Part 1: Before Your Fit Session
Record & Send Videos of Your Riding Position
Before our scheduled meeting, please record and email three short videos of you riding on your indoor trainer. These videos allow us to analyze your position and movement before the session.
Before recording:
- Warm up for about 20 minutes to ensure your pedaling form is natural and consistent.
- Set your camera or phone at hip height for each angle.
Record three 15-second videos:
- Left side (at hip height) – 15 seconds
- Right side (at hip height) – 15 seconds
- Front view (facing handlebars, at hip height) – 15 seconds
- Email your videos prior to the session so they can be reviewed ahead of time.
Part 2: Athlete Assessment & Fit Session
Before we start making adjustments, we’ll have a conversation about:
- Your current bike setup
- Injury history
- Type of riding and training volume
- Upcoming events, races, or goals
As we refine your position during the fit, we’ll continue discussing how changes affect your comfort, biomechanics, and overall performance—since both body and mind need time to adapt.
Please have your video recording device ready so you can share updated clips during the session if needed.

- Initial Fit Session: 1–1.25 hours
- Two Follow-Up Sessions: ~30 minutes each (virtual)
