Aaron Ross, Co-Founder, CEO
Aaron Ross has a long-standing career in the cycling industry. His 20+ year background includes being the Faster Wind Tunnel GM, managing wind tunnel operations for over 5 years. Aaron has extensive technical experience in aerodynamics and biomechanics, and he has considerable product development knowledge working with manufacturers, world-class athletes, and teams. When not helping athletes, Aaron can be found adventuring on his dirt bike.
Melissa Ross, Co-Founder, COO
Melissa Ross, a web developer, marketing guru, cycling coach, artist, former professional cyclist, and serial entrepreneur, has over a decade in the cycling and marketing industries. Melissa’s expertise includes marketing strategies for national and global markets, website development and working with startups, sponsored teams, athletes, and product development with Asian and European manufacturers. You can find Melissa tackling her own ultra bikepacking adventures!

If you can't guess, we love dogs!! Our bordercollie family will probably greet you when you visit our cycling lab. Scotch and Buddy have over 7 years working in the cycling industry including a wind tunnel! Woodrow is just learning the ropes and has a passion for speed.
