Hey friends! I wanted to walk you through a quick little maintenance tip that can make a big difference in how your suspension feels—equalizing the pressure on your Cane Creek Helm MKII fork.

Here’s how to do it:

I’m working with my own bike here, outfitted with a Cane Creek Helm fork. If you look on the drive side, you’ll see a small knob. That’s the one we’re after.

  1. Give that knob a twist to remove it.

  2. Once it’s off, unscrew the valve all the way.

  3. Push it in, then pull it back out.

  4. And finally, screw the valve back in all the way and twist the knob back on.

That’s it! You’ve just equalized the pressure in the fork’s chambers. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it helps keep your ride feeling smooth and predictable.

Enjoy the ride out there!
